The 1st Annual Creative Careers Fair (CCF)

The 1st Annual Creative Careers Fair (CCF) is an initiative of Enterprise Creative, a new organisation set up to build capacity in the Nigerian creative industries. This is the first major Careers Fair in Nigeria showcasing opportunities in the creative industries, such as Public Relations, Advertising, Marketing Communications, Music, Performing Arts, Magazine & Newspaper Publishing, Multimedia Design, Visual Arts, Film & Video Production, Journalism, Radio, Photography, Cultural Tourism and Fashion.


The 1st Annual Creative Careers Fair will hold at the new Lagos City Hall, Catholic Mission Street, on Thursday July 15th and Friday July 16th, 2010, from 10am – 5pm daily. The innovative two-day event is targeted at those working in creative fields and those aspiring to work in creative fields, as well as those looking for competitive creative talent.

THE CAREERS FAIR WILL OFFER:
A) An Exhibition of up to 70 companies offering advice, information and opportunities, including:-
Businesses representing the arts, media, design, film, TV, advertising, PR, publishing, entertainment, writing, new media and music sectors, educational institutions, training providers and government agencies

B) A programme of interactive seminars on opportunities in different industries and how to get ahead;

C) The Advice Cafe offering expert information on Job Finding Skills e.g.
Portfolio and CV reviews, Interviewing Skills, Resumes, Cover Letters, and Networking;

D) High profile Opening Ceremony with industry leaders

E) Practical sessions to experience the creative fields first hand
