Are this guys sh*tting me??? Katie's shopping allowance is $125,00 a month? That's $1.5 million a year, just on clothes...hmnn....and the bad thing is that she's not even the best dressed woman yet!.
LOL...this only translate into one thing...the chic is just spending huge money amount on clothes for nothing.
